Delivery Information, Terms and Conditions

Payment methods
We accept payment by UK cheque, postal order, and standard credit cards including Mastercard and Visa. For credit card payments you will be directed to a secure SecPay server. VAT is not chargeable.

Order confirmation
You will receive order confirmation to the email address you give when you order. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, check that the email address you gave us is correct, check your spam inboxes just in case your confirmation has been delivered there, and then contact us on 01784 258019 or email sales@dolphinbatteries.co.uk

Delivery, Postage and Packing
On receipt of payment, orders will be shipped by first class Royal Mail. Orders received before lunch time will normally be posted the same day, while orders received later will be posted the following day. Postage rates are 99 pence for orders up to £10 and £1.99 for all orders over £10. Insurance, recorded delivery and special delivery are available for an extra charge; please contact us for details.

Customers outside the UK
We are happy to send items within the EU - if you wish to place an order and pay in Euros please contact us for details.

Returns
We offer a no quibble returns policy for goods returned to us within twenty eight days. Items must be returned sealed, unused and undamaged. The purchaser will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods. Once the goods have been checked the purchase price will be refunded, but not the cost of postage and packing.

Guarantee
All products come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. In the case of a fault arising with a product within the twelve month period it should be posted back to Dolphin Batteries along with proof of purchase. Photocopies of original receipts will be accepted as proof of purchase.
